Adalyn is a standout example of what’s possible when cross-functional collaboration meets thoughtful execution. “My favorite part about being at Sonobi is seeing how cross-functional collaboration comes to life,” she shared. “The way our teams share ideas and work together is a big reason why we’re able to deliver at such a high level.”
In her day-to-day, Adalyn is deep in the details—analyzing deal performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring campaigns are running smoothly. She works closely with the Sales team to translate insights into actionable strategies, manages multiple DSP accounts, curates inventory, troubleshoots issues, and keeps communication flowing between platform partners and internal teams. Her feedback loop with the product team also plays a key role in improving the UI experience for stakeholders.
One of Adalyn’s proudest accomplishments has been her ability to contribute meaningfully across teams. She began on the apps side, where she helped create articles, analyzed feeds, and even pitched feature ideas—like a video feed in the breaking news app, which she saw come to life. Today, her work centers on optimizing deals, building partner relationships, and supporting sales with strategic, data-driven solutions. This unique range of experience has allowed her to shape the operational side of the business in impactful ways.
When she’s not digging into data or supporting stakeholders, Adalyn enjoys caring for her chickens, traveling to new places, and spending time with loved ones. She’s also currently taking an AI & Ethics certification—just for fun—which speaks volumes about her curiosity and drive to keep learning.
