Ryan Novak is a true force behind the scenes at Sonobi. With a sharp mind for technical concepts and a passion for solving complex problems, Ryan thrives in the fast-paced world of adtech. He values the variety each day brings—sharing that “no two days are the same at Sonobi,” which keeps him engaged and energized.
In his role, Ryan plays a vital part in ensuring that our sales and technology strategies are aligned. From supporting clients and internal teams to building solutions that drive real impact, he’s an integral part of Sonobi’s continued innovation. One of Ryan’s proudest accomplishments was standing up Qlik as Sonobi’s first business intelligence tool over a decade ago. This foundational system transformed how teams across the company access and use data—becoming a lasting part of how Sonobi tracks performance and makes informed decisions to this day. Oh! And also, leading the design for a 2x-winning 5K tee-shirt contest.
When he’s not at work, Ryan has a knack for all things creative and hands-on. Whether it’s board games, video games, 3D printing, or tackling home projects, he’s constantly exploring and building. His interests span tech, design, and the occasional DIY adventure.
Fun Fact: Ryan’s confidence in traffic court skills is unmatched—he’s pretty sure he could represent you and win.
